Pros:Easy install, wire is flat so you can hide it fairly easy.Easy to set upCons:For some reason mine likes to stay on (light up display) for hours (and possibly days) after I shut the car off^due to bad door open/close door sensor?*After two days voltage got down to 11.6~*There is a "shut off at X voltage" setting which I'm gonna set to a high 11~12. Hoping it won't drain my battery again.Pretty sure the MPG is way off. I set the engine size and seems to be 10~ MPH off./update it was what was draining my battery and fixing the door sensor didn't stop it. If you car sets more then two~ days stay away from this. The "shut off at X voltage" setting even on the lowest voltage will drain your battery.

I finally got it, I like the simple design and chiming sound.

I have a 2016 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. I wanted a large digital speedometer display in place of the vehicle's hard to read analog display. The good things about this instrument are that it has a large bright display, and that it shows exactly the same reading of speed as the RAV's own speedometer. Hardly surprising since both are using the same vehicle computer data. BUT the instrument display cycles on and off, seemingly randomly, every few seconds to few minutes. The instruction leaflet is pretty incomprehensible. I hoped only this sample was a lemon, and ordered a second. The second instrument mirrored the faults of the first. I tried it in my Honda CR-V 2017, and the speed function worked with no problems. It turns out that different vehicle manufacturers use different protocols for OBDII data output. The instructions for the instrument talk about pulling out pins in the connector to accommodate this, but provide no guide by vehicle manufacturer so I did not try that. Bottom line - it may work for you - or not.

Easy to plug in but doesnt work.... Goes to black screen after 5 minutes of trying to connect.....no instructions or anything
