I’ve never had a battery case before and this one looked good. It’s heavy which is to be expected but it is thicker than the image. I kinda though that the picture looked too thin, so I wasn’t that surprised. It works with no issues, has a Lightning connection, and automatically stops charging once 100% is reached. There are four lights, showing the battery level in the case and a button to turn on charging, on the back. My only complaint is that if I place my phone (in the case) on my iPhone Clock, it doesn’t play music and it won’t even charge normally. It keeps vibrating non-stop, like when you first plug a phone into a charger, but continuously. Despite these problems, I would recommend this case for traveling and emergencies but I won’t be using mine all the time.

Great battery case. I’d guess that it could charge my phone up at least 3 times on a single charge of the case.I LOVE how you can plug the case in at night, and it will fully charge the case AND the phone that’s in the case.Even when using my phone heavily for games and videos all day, this case easily charges the phone back up to 100% multiple times in a day.Note: you have to hold down the button on the back of the case for a few seconds to get it to start charging the phone.Only thing to improve: I wish it had a more grippy coating on the outside of the case. The case is very slick. (Some people like it to be slick to easily go in their pocket. I use a belt pouch for my phone and am used to a grippy phone case.)

My son wanted a slim case and was hesitant about this one. As soon as he used it, he loved it! It’s not terribly bulky, but it lasts him all day long, and he’s on his phone all day long. Removing the top was a bit tricky at first, I’m hoping that it doesn’t break quickly, as happened to me with a similar case. If it does I will edit my review. As of now, a great case for a great price!

While the charger is active on the iPhone 5s data service is cut to one bar or no service at all. I tested this multiple times by turning the charger on and within a few minutes cellular connection is always lost. Would not recommend at all.

Impressive attention to detail in this new design- more compact than some earlier battery cases and it mates to the 5s precisely. As noted in the "questions" this case is ios12 compatible- does not throw "not supported" messages. A screen shield was added to complete the package. Too early to comment on battery durability, but initial battery capacity and overall function look very good.

A sleek and comfortable case, this purchase had so much potential. But it will let you down. This phone case stopped working almost immediately. The case struggles to take in charge as it port became loose within the first couple days and it fails to charge the phone. Its only use at this point, just over a week after purchase, is being an oversized clunky phone case with a useless battery.Buy any other product.

Got my case today and the case charged fast and the phone fits perfectly . Easy to use . A nice thick black case to protect your phone . A good buy for me .

I bought this for my 18 year old son who, like most, is on his phone of the day. He is constantly streaming youtube videos. He loves this battery case and I have not heard any complaints out of him. I can now consistently reach him when I call which is what I love.
