I thought I would die when they stopped carrying this in my local supermarket so I was VERY grateful to find out I could order it through Amazon. I can't make my "famous" chicken salad without it! It's perfect to add to different things when you want that red onion taste but don't want to deal with the wateriness that fresh red onions create. All taste that isn't diluted!

I’m single, and buying a whole red onion to use a slice or 2 every few weeks, means I bring home fresh for them to die in my fridge.They easily and quickly rehydrate, and are great in dishes. For burgers or sandos, I just sprinkle them (rehydrated) in the dressing/condiment. Delicious.
