I'm 26 and I love sleeping on my side na di hate waking up in an awkward position. I use this to keep me on my side. It's quishy but very firm and doesn't hurt or bother. It's annoying have to move to adjust but it's still great. Holds it shape really great. The cover you can take off and machine wash. I usually put it in a regular pillow case because ethe blue color is an eye sire.

The foam was good high density foam. It is a good pillow but will need two.

Using this pillow to prevent me from rolling fully onto my back during 3rd trimester. I am glad it's not too big, perfect size for my need and also comfortable used infront/under the bump and as an arm rest when I'm sitting up. It took some time for it to pop into shape but it did.

My husband has been bed bound due to his cancer diagnosis and he was mostly laying on his back. We tried to use pillows to keep him on his side but that didn't work. This wedge pillow is wonderful. Keeps him on his side or even if he is on his back, I will place it on one side and it lifts his butt up. Love this product and I am so glad I ordered it. The only thing is I thought it was a little pricy but it did the trick so I can't complain!

Missed that it was shipped in a vacuum state that is all the air removed from the foam. Instructions said to give it 3 days to re-expand. Gave it 6 days and one corner never re-expanded. The cover on the foam was way loose needed to fit more tightly. Also the foam is too soft. Need a wedge that is firm to use behind wife's back so she can sleep on her side and relieve a pressure sore. This simply squishes down so much it doesn't provide any lift or support for someone laying on their side. If you need a softer foam cushion then this might work. Just doesn't seem like sucking the air out of foam to make a smaller package for shipping is the right way to go.

I've been trying a lot of options over the last couple of years to try to combat my snoring (my wife deserves to sleep, too!), the worst being a mouth guard that worked but moved my teeth and required a good number of thousands of dollars of follow-up mouth work. Who'd have thought that the simplest might well have been the best? This pillow keeps me on my side (where my snoring is best controlled) in a reasonably comfortable way. Advertised as a means of helping expectant mothers, it certainly worked well for me!I also use medical tape to keep my mouth shut and nose cones to keep my breathing open, but those were only partially successful until I employed this back pillow. Highly recommended!
