Learning Their Language: Intuitive Communication with Animals and Nature

I bought this book on the off chance that a left brained person like me could actually learn to communicate with animals. The book was enjoyable, and well worth reading. I am very glad I bought it because it is a great resource to learn communication with animals. I had seen some of Marta's videos on YouTube and was impressed by her approach. Since I bought this book, I have read a few other books that I got from the library. Marta's book is so much better than the other books I read. (Too many writers want to fill half the book with self promotion instead of information.) I admit that I felt a little uncomfortable doing some of the exercises in the beginning (left brain talking), however they work! Buy the book. READ the book. Practice the exercises, and you will be on your way to a whole new way of seeing the world.

This book is a rare treat, both through its many touching stories and its how-to plan. Our cat has become much more alert and attentive since the introduction of a two way communication. I had intuitive experiences with animals before, but to realize that all of Nature is patiently waiting for mankind to rejoin the plane of intuitive thought exchange is both eye-opening and humbling. Not often does one find a book that contains within its pages the potential for a life-changing paradigm shift.

She has such a great way of supporting your curiosity as well as reminding you that you can do this!

This book was very informative, interesting, and entertaining. I have had pets all my life and they all have distinct personalities and character. No one can tell me they do not have a soul! My cat tends to my chronic pain needs, as have his predecessors. They add such richness to my life, and if I can strive to better communicate with them, this book is at least a start. Excellent read.

I love this book! Haven't finished it yet but so far, it's wonderful! I'm hoping that I can communicate better with my pets and any that I come in contact with. Marta Williams is a great writer. I recommend this book to all.

As far as I'm concerned, Marta Williams is the best teacher of animal communication. I learned a lot from this book and refer to it often.

Marta Williams has done an excellent job of organizing, presenting and providing scientific back-up for her information, where appropriate. She is a teacher in the true sense of the word and patiently guides students through all the pitfalls of negative mind traps, suggesting methods to overcome initial fears of failure.I wholeheartedly recommend this book to all who are truly interested in animal communication and feel it will be a good investment for you.

A useful, practical book with many interesting case histories included. Worth every penny. Although I telepathically picked up quite a bit on her animals when doing the exercises, most of it seemed to relate to much older pets, but the book was written 12 years ago so the pets she mentions have probably aged (or even passed away) by now. The section on pets dying/being put down and alleviating guilt and grief was very good. So good in fact that it brought back all my guilt and grief over the long painful illness and eventual death of a particular favourite. That was quite difficult to deal with, but probably cathartic.Unfortunately I have not been able to tune in to my own pets at all - but she does say this is very difficult to do effectively. Maybe all her readers should get together and do each others pets.......that should work! I feel a Facebook page coming on.....

Best animal communication book I've read so far. Very informative, clear with kind and gentle guidance. It's uplifting and encouraging. Marta gives a lot of examples of her students' experiences, not just her own. She has loving and positive purposes for wishing other people to do well, believe in themselves and succeed. She doesn't have ego and just talk about herself and how she gets everything right or tries to impress. She's very light and wonderful. It's truly the best thing I've come across in my journey of intuitive talking with animals. So many useful tools and tips and keeps things so light that you progress very quickly and really enjoy it. It's amazing! Can't recommend it enough!

I have read a few books on this subject, but this is one of my favourites so far. Lots of advice, stories and examples.It helps if you're open minded, but I assume you are already if you're interested in purchasing this book.The main thing I loved was the fact you could test your own abilities as you read through it. Marta gives you exercises to do after every chapter and this helped keep me focused. Having the answers at the back of the book was great! It really made me feel like I was actually progressing.Recommended for anyone interested in animal communication.

This book is brilliant, so much so I brought another book by Marta called Ask Your Animal. This book is very informative and realistic, with no stories about communication. I'm an animal communicator, this book has helped me have many good experiences with animals from across the globe. Get this book, you will not be disappointed!

A very well written animal communication book, with very good practical advice and exercises for learning to communicate with animals.
