The manual, however, do explain the meaning of the abbreviations. I simply set the date and time and confirmed the default unit of measure "g/dL". Accessories: The device comes with capillary tubes, which are simple enough to use. But the instructions don't say to use them. If you do testing for diabetes, then the instructions are similar. Cons: Display abbreviations, instructions do not include use of all the accessories, no explanation on what to do with the control strips, why include the capillary tubes if you don't need to use them?
