Game changer
I started using this pump at 9 months postpartum and it really has changing my pumping/ nursing. It is easy to use and gentle but still effective. I had a cheaper no-name brand wireless pump and it would give me pain and clogged ducts. This pump is great because of the smaller nipple shields and app use. If you’re looking for another wireless option, that offers better fitting nipple sizes, this is a great one to get. The storage bags it came with was a nice bonus too! Highly recommend

Amazon sells this to Australia despite not selling any parts needed to run like valves and diaphragm. Awesome pump but useless here. they refused to remove from sale

Muy buen producto
Pros: Me encantó que viene el kit completo con la bolsa y bolsitas dentro para guardarlo y el hielo para mantener fría la leche. Es muy cómodo lo silencioso que es el motor. Contras: Creo que deberían incluir todas las tallas de embudo porque es muy difícil conseguir tu talla si no vives en usa... Algo que no me gusto es que si se queda sin pila el motor, no lo puedes usar mientras se carga porque no prende..

Use it 2-3 times to learn YOUR best way to use
I give this pump 5-stars mostly for the pump strength. For a wearable it’s very powerful. Probably the same if not better than my Double Electric portable Baby Buddha 2.0 pump (this one is not as travel friendly and not a wearable). The Elvie Plus is 1) comfortable, 2) doesn’t spill when I bend down, 3) easy to clean (be gentle when pulling parts apart so that you can gather remaining milk that trickles after pouring from the top), 4) electronic base is easy to use, 5) BAG is great for traveling- fits 3 bottles + 1 bag of breastmilk w/ ice pack which keeps milk very cold; also squeezed my Medela manual pump in there too on top. *** Make sure that when you assemble the suction caps onto each pod that the tube isn’t pinched. That happened to me the first time and I didn’t notice until 10 mins into the pump. *** comes with size 24 and 28mm flanges. If you have smaller nipples like mine are 17mm, buy the Maymom inserts (see pic). Same color and material as Elvie. *** Double check that your nipple is placed properly inside the hole and that you see the milk collecting. (You might have to open the pour spout to see it or slightly tilt your body to the side to see it through the clear wall). There have been a couple times I thought it was pulling my nipple straight but it wasn’t. *** This will be the case with most/all wearables but if you have a big boobs (mine are C/D prior to breastfeeding), then it will look huge under a shirt so might need to size up shirt or wear a loose fit. At the airport I drape my breastfeeding coverup shaw over me. Just a couple hiccups but once you get it down it’s great!

Horrible product and customer service
I bought this as a baby shower gift. It had low suction. The person I purchased it for returned it within the return window and never received a refund. She contacted customer service several times and was promised a refund within a few days and it never happened!
