Q: Is inside pocket a chest pocket?

If you mean it it located chest high, yes. Also on left and deep enough for a cell phone.

Q: how much does it weight?

Very light weight. Feels like a members only jacket. I’m in high desert of California and I can wear it as a light jacket. It’s even lighter than my blazers.

Q: Which size would be good if I'm 5'2'' and normally wear a 38 S?

I'm 5'10 about 150 pounds and a medium fit. Only complaint I had was how narrow the back was between the sleeves. If the arms were tight and I hunched my back the back would get tight too, but that could have been just my specific one. Based off of my one purchase, a medium fit me well, and a large could have been fine also. Not sure if that helps or not for your specific question. But the jacket is great material and quality. I bought mine a few years ago and still wear it
