I've been looking to upgrade my working from home set-up and have been using a small desk with little shelves and stuff that take up room and make the desk feel cramped. I have been looking for a desk that is more functional and office-esque whilst still being able to blend into the home environment so as not to make the room seem to industrial. This desk is perfect! I went for the grey option which is much more of a birch wood colour and I'm very impressed. The instructions were fairly straight forward, although you need to make sure you're following the instructions for the desk you chose, either left corner or right corner (the instructions cover both). I was able to do this by myself, although I wish I'd have had a hand in flipping the desk over at the end as you build it upside down and the desk is quite heavy. Overall, it's the perfect height, I was able to mount my dual monitor stand to it with ease, and the cable management on the desk is such a game changer for me. I would highly recommend this desk and would have easily paid more for it considering the quality.

The desk is excellent, sturdy and good to look at, arrived on time delivered into living room. Assembled easily still the top in the packaging. When complete turned it over to find one corner slight damage. As this was at the back out of sight decided not to send it back. Others wise perfectly happy. In future I will fully inspect before assembling this type of product.

great office desk very sturdy

I use this desk for working from home. Once put together it is very sturdy, and has a great amount of space. There was a slight issue with on piece being damaged in transit, however after being in contact with the seller a replacement item was quickly sent out.

Atrocious. The delivery company was pitiful (Panther). They sat on the parcel for days before they decided they could be bothered to actually deliver it. The product itself. The instructions were a waste of time. The fixings were terrible. Most of the cam locks broke on tightening, and the retain hole for the cam was not aligned on a couple. Luckily I had some barrel nuts and bolts lying around which I used instead.

Needed a proper wide desk for work. Two person job and very easy to put up. Sturdy, solid and perfect. Would recommend. Delivery was quicker than expected. The seller kept us informed from the time of purchase. It arrived a day later (even though it was still very quick delivery) but that was down to courier and not the seller. Contact with the seller through was next to nine. Would absolutely order from this seller again.

Very dissapointing! I've not even managed to build it yet! The MDF Locking nuts every single one snapped! Bought new ones just snapped! And now I am going to have to try something else M8 Screws with DOWEL BARREL NUTS because if I was to put the top on right now it would collapse! The legs are wobbling like heck even with the nuts locked I genuinely thought that buying an office hippo desk would be the perfect desk but trying to build it is so hard when doing it alone so i'd say assembly wise is extrememly bad! Build quality and fixings absolutely useless not worth it at all this should have been changed or noticed during the making of this desk in the factory so while I will review this review when it's built I can say it won't be built using the parts that it comes with!!
