This is my second neti pot in the last 15 years. This particular type of neti pot is most effective for irrigating the nostrils of dust and infection. I’ve never thought about it as a means of curing me of my sinus problems; I’ve had them for 51 years. I fill a whistler’s kettle with filtered water (you can boil water or buy distilled water). I use 2 teaspoons of kosher salt. Over the years I’ve gotten to use it effectively. During the long period of time I didn’tuse it I breathed through my mouth (Michael Jordan does also). Learn how to use it. Take it from me, I’ve had sinus infections all my life. I’m 71 years old and there very few people in this world that have experienced near death a few times over. I have. I do not BS.

Bigger than expected. Uses two teaspoons of salts, (2 Neti-Med packets).The tapered nose thing is rad and works well.This is my first non-ceramic netipot. I went with metal after another ceramic netipotfell and shattered while I was the shower.This netipot is less expensive and works better than others I have used.Would recommend.Space Turtle

Unfortunately mine leaks from the spout. I tried to fix it but it doesn’t work. . I didn’t use it when I first purchased and I missed the window to send it back.

Nice Neti pot that will last forever. Pleasant to use and look at!

The pot itself is good but it leaks from where the spout is attached. That makes it very inconvenient and messy to use.
