Does take a very long time to start. But I got it for the small size and it not a phone.

This Hifi Walker G7 mp3 player is just about exactly what I've been looking for, a compact .mp3 player with enough storage for thousands of songs and an easily accessible and searchable file system that doesn't require scrolling through long lists to load songs or albums. It's a sleek pocket-size device that looks very much like a miniature Android phone, and a telephone is just about the only thing this player doesn't have: it has wifi capabilities, Bluetooth, camera, calendar, FM radio, and comes pre-loaded with Pandora, Amazon Music, and other streaming services, all of which I've removed since I plan to use this for offline listening. I'm not that familiar with Android devices, but this one is intuitive and easy to navigate. The HiFi Walker G7 comes with a protective case, a screen protector, a USB-C charging and data transfer cord, and a lanyard, so there's really nothing else to buy. The player has 16 GB of internal storage, and is delivered with a 64 GB micro-sd storage expansion already inserted. That micro card is the one problem with this MP3 player: I could never get the player to recognize its own card, and spent a half-hour or so tracking down the problem. Once I replaced it with a SanDisk 64G micro-sd it worked perfectly. Before installing that card I loaded it with 1200 songs or so, just transferring my PC "music" file straight onto the card. The Hifi Walker G7's library function made everything on the card immediately searchable by artist, album, or song title. Everything is instantaneous too, from searching to loading to changing songs. Very impressive, and I still have the internal memory for adding more music along with unused space on the micro-sd. I'm impressed and very happy with this MP3 player: it's a five-star product were it not for the defective micro-sd, and I'm looking forward to using it daily.

I was just wanting something different than my phone on which I could load my music and audiobooks for traveling so that I wouldn't drain my phone's battery. This device, when using the included TF card, had more than enough space for all my music, plus five of my favorite movies. Once it arrived and I started plying with it I realized this wasn't just an MP4 player - it was a fully functioning Android tablet! It does come with a bunch of music and video apps that I didn't want, but those were all easily deleted. I then logged on to my Google Play store and downloaded all my favorite social media, messaging, weather, and business apps. I now have a backup, emergency tablet smaller than a deck of cards when I'm traveling. If needed, I could run my businesses off it! The wifi and bluetooth connections seem to be decent speeds. There's no lag when watching MP4 videos. The overall construction feels very good - the unit has a nice heft and quality feel to it. The screen sensitivity as very good. Downsides are it is slow to turn on and boot up. The built-in camera is would have been considered fine five years ago, but it's not so great anymore. It is good enough to take pictures of documents for work to go over later, which is fine for me. Battery life is about 4 hours when watching a movie and much longer with most other uses. Overall, I'm very pleased with it as it is so much more useful than I imagined. If you travel a lot, this is a great "just-in-case" backup for your phone.

No warranty and no support apparently. Works fine with google books app but useless as a music player. Constant playback issues with music that plays fine on other devices. Contacted company and received no help regarding this issue or possible warranty assistance.

This is a very versatile little music player (and more). It uses an Android system, so it functions much like an Android phone without the phone capabilities. It comes with several preinstalled apps, and more can be added from the Google Play Store. I added my favorite music player app, although the preinstalled ones are good as well. It can handle YouTube videos and comes with Chrome as a web browser. It can record sound and has a camera. It comes with a 64 gb expansion card. I particularly like the wifi and Bluetooth capabilities. I can use this in my car; it automatically connects and begins playing when I start the vehicle. All in all, a great little player!

This was the coolest thing I got last summer. It was so easy to turn on and play, music for the kids. It hooked up to the internet very easily, the sound quality was great. This is a great gift idea too.

This is a really good portable MP3 Player. I was able to very easily copy music from my itunes library onto this player ( window to window copy / drag and drop ). Due to the small size ( think first generation ipod but a little thinner ), it's very portable and easily slips into a pocket. The player comes with everything you need including a protective sleeve and screen protector. The included headphones are very basic and not the best quality, but they worked fine. Charging is via included USB cable (which you can use to transfer music). My only complaint, really, is that the instruction booklet is written with the worlds smallest font and therefore it wasn't very helpful. All in all, it's a very good player that does what it's meant to at a good price.

Der G7mini Mp3 Player von der Marke HIFI WALKER kam in einer schönen kleinen Verpackung und hat mir gleich ganz gut gefallen. Ich höre gerne Hörbücher und auch Musik während meiner Arbeit oder auch beim Spazieren gehen, bisher habe ich dafür mein altes kleines Handy genutzt, aber das hat mittlerweile schon reichlich Macken und funktioniert auch nicht mehr richtig. Ich finde diesen Mp3 Player nun dafür ideal, er ist sehr klein und leicht und für meine Bedürfnisse reicht er vollkommen aus. Er passt in nahezu jede Tasche und die mitgelieferten Kopfhörer sind auch ganz okay. Die Verbindung mit meinem Wlan ging ruck zuck, die jeweiligen Anmeldedaten müssen natürlich noch eingegeben werden. Es hat ein wenig gedauert, bis ich mich mit den Einstellungen und Tasten vertraut gemacht habe, aber das lag jetzt auch an der recht kleinen Größe des Mp3 Players. Meine Hörbuch Bibliothek wurde dennoch nicht sofort synchronisiert und aufgrund der kleinen Größe fand ich das tippen auf dem Mp3 Player doch ein bisschen mühsam. Wenn man die Einstellungen der Sprache und des Datums erst mal gefunden hat, reagiert der Player aber sofort. Vorab ist die Sprache Englisch eingestellt, das lässt sich aber unter System Einstellungen ändern. Es liegt natürlich auch eine Anleitung bei, die noch mal einiges erklärt. Für reines Musikhören oder dann auch Hörbuch hören eignet sich dieser kleine Mp3 Player schon, für alles andere nutze ich persönlich sowieso mein Handy.
