The bungees I'm replacing have good tension after stretching them about a foot, but not much at all with these. If you're not going to be pulling them at least 2 feet or more, there's not much holding power/pressure.

I purchased these bungee cords again because the first set worked so well for me. This time I used them to help secure a new RV roof cover. We had very hight winds over the Xmas Holiday and these worked great to help secure my RV cover
