This aerator was easy to put together, seems durable and works good when I put 150 pounds of block on the back and doing it when ground is wet. Good sale price. Would recommend!

This aerator works well and seems to be well constructed, however it came with the worst set of assembly "instructions" (if you can call them that) I have ever seen in my 50+ years of assembling machinery. I probably would have been better off just chucking the "instructions" and winging the assembly. With that being said, once I did get it together, after constructing it two or three times to finally get it put together correctly, It does seem to work well.

I finally got around to assembling the aerator and was satisfied with the quality and durability. There are about 70 bolts you have to install, so give yourself some time and patience. I suspect this item shipped from overseas given the box was mangled and foam cushions disintegrated, but all parts were there and in good shape. Only issue I had was one of the rubber tube inside a wheel had a hole in it and would not inflate, so I bought 2 on Amazon for $9 to fix and have 1 as spare. As a tip for assembly, use plenty of synthetic grease on the main axle rod and you will not have to worry about rusting and seizing for years.

i have not yet used the product. Seems to be made of good sturdy material. However, worst instructions i have ever seen. 4 hours to putting it together, taking it apart and trying again as the instructions were awful. Once put together i realized that when the wheels are down and the spikes are up, the whole unit sits crooked one wheel sits higher than the other....the tines on one side still rub the ground....the holes in the center bar were not drilled right where the wheels cotter pin on....so one side sits lower than the other...

I’m pretty handy, this thing took forever to put together. The instructions were one piece of paper with almost no writing on it just pictures. When I finally got it together it worked OK not great.

For the price it hit's the mark. Wouldn't call it a true plug aerator since the tines are not circular enclosed to create "plugs". But does still funtion as needed. Seems sturdy enough for some simple yard work. Put about 150-200lbs of weight on it and pulled it around for about an hour. 1/2 acre lot gone over several times since ground was hard packed. Did what i needed with no issues.
