Missing Part
provided Lamp Tube or Threaded lamp pipe was short. couldn't connect glass frame to the hanging body due to provided short pipe or tube.took me hours to search online to find part.inconvenient, not pleasure with the product either, the original received product is not quite durable like what is showing on the pictures on amazon or any other website.not happy

Great entry pendant lamp - lots of light!
Our first order of this pendant was defective, but Lamps Plus really came through to replace it. Great service from Lamps Plus. The second pendant worked perfectly!

Looks beautiful, hassle to hang
The final result is excellent. The fixture looks great once installed. The included hardware was not sufficient and my electrician had to buy extra parts and figure it out.
