If you are not one of those flashy types and really like a quality thing, this is the thing to go.

Simplicity and Elegance
I bought this watch in 2008 outside of Amazon and have been using it since then. No issues with the watch at all and the looks are simple and very casual - best for a Friday dressing. My strap had worn-out and I could not get a replacement till today. Got a leather strap as replacement but the millitary strap is much better in terms of looks.

Good watch
Good watch. Looks cooler in real life than in pictures. Light weight. I personally found the strap ok. Other reviews seem to complain about it. My only gripe us this: There is no warranty

Amazing watch, terrible seller
The media could not be loaded. I inherited a delightful old ecodrive pilot watch that my father had used for 15 odd years before he passed away. But when some water got in it during a thunderstorm, I realized I needed one with better water resistance. After searching, I zeroed in on this model, with it's old school styling and 100m water resistance, as a replacement. And when I got the watch, I wasn't disappointed at all - it was small, light-weight and unobtrusive, but had a very legible dial that could tell me the time, date and day at a glance, without having to fiddle with any buttons. What was disappointing was the terrible condition of not just the outer sleeve but also of the box itself, a missing warranty (although the product page does have some sort of cryptic explanation that I assume absolves the seller of liability for it's absence, so I can't complain too much), and no user manual of any kind. And while I know that many companies don't print extensive user manuals any more, there is usually at least a little piece of paper with a the URL of the online user manual. This box, however, had nothing. As expected with something coming from a presumably dark warehouse, the solar battery wasn't charged, as indicated by the seconds hand jumping in 2.5 second increments (see the video), so I kept it out by a window to recharge for 40 hours, as explained on the Citizen website. Given the long summer days we have at the moment, this wasn't a problem at all, but when all the recharging didn't make a difference to the second hand, and I knew I didn't have a warranty under which to get the battery replaced, I had no choice but to return it while I still could. And that's what I sadly had to do.
