Upscale Wine Opener
I found this wine opener after searching extensively online for a sleek product, WITH the double lever. I have worked in an upscale Italian restaurant, and we were taught to open wine bottles using the double lever. Love it! I bought this as a gift for my fiancé, and he appreciates the silver and wood finishes. Looks masculine and sleek, but also functional. Came in its own wooden box. Perfect Christmas gift! Perfect for entertaining. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys opening a nice bottle of wine.

I purchased this to use for waiting tables in a fine dining restaurant. It looked fantastic when it arrived but after a few uses I noticed some issues. The blade had the marks for serration but it was actually completely flat and dull so it could not cut the foil on the wine bottles. After some use of a metal file and hack saw serrated it myself and solved this problem. I then realized the cork screw is very thick which in turn caused corks to want to break. It is a great looking tool but not good for a waiter.

Unimpressed, but Not Disappointed
The overall quality of construction is yet to be seen but upon opening the product I was unimpressed with the look. It may turn out to be a high quality product but it doesn't really look like one aesthetically.
