Great cape
My daughter wanted to be the Hatbox Ghost for Halloween. We couldn’t find a costume, so we had to piece it together. We used this as her over cape. It needed to have a stand up collar and be short enough for her. This cape worked perfectly.

The cake I revived did not look like this the Vail around the neck was not that big as it shows in the picture and it said it was 40 inches which is 3 in a half feet. It was not that long at all, it only comes down to my waste which is about 2 feet.

Not at all the same as the picture!
I am extremely disappointed! This should be considered false advertisement! I specifically bought this cape BECAUSE of the high collar!!! The collar is a fraction of the size so now I either have to make it work and/or return it!
