Wow, this is a great little clock. I ordered it to remind my mom to take her pills at different times of the day, so she can stay on a consistent schedule, which can be hard to do. But this clock does a lot more than that. If you're sending it to an elderly person, it actually might be a little confusing for them to set up, because it has so many options and functionality. But I was able to set it up for my mom and it's been really helpful for her. It's easy for her to read, and it has multiple sound levels so it's easy for her to hear too. The USB charging is great and it holds a charge for a long time. Great design and good quality for the price.

I felt the directions were not as clear nor easy for someone to set up, especially an elderly person. It took my 21 yr old niece much effort to get the alarm set. So far it appears to work well and great to have three alarms.

Definitely worth the 20 buck$! I'm a bit frustrated with myself that I even need this little jewel, but many days I do; it's not that I forget to take my meds so much as it is that I'm just not paying attention to the time. morning meds aren't so hard to stay on track with, but midday and evening/night doses that I'm struggling to keep up on. This alarm is loud enough for me to hear it outside even; that I can record alert messages is kind of a fun feature, and the multiple alarm function, the pre-loaded one is pretty cheesy but that's okay.

Medication Pill Reminder Talking Alarm Clock works just as it should. It's small but the display is large enough for me to read without my glasses. I found it easy to set and I like the fact that when you reach for it on top it speaks to you, the time, day and date. The clock is black and about 5 ½” L x 2 ¾” H x 1 3/8” D. It comes with short USB-C cord.

INCREDIBLE! This alarm clock is so perfect. it’s a great price as well as being very easy to operate. also extremely loud! the volume is not adjustable but that’s fine for me. It has multiple times for different alarms well.

This is just what I needed to remind me to take my meds. I'm constantly forgetting to take at least one a day. Easy to setup, no subscription required. Instructions were basic and simple to follow. I had this setup in less than 5 minutes. When the alarm goes off (I didn't do voice recordings yet) and I press the button, it says "You're doing great. Keep it up.". Very motivational. The numbers are easy to see. There's even a sensitive touch button on top that, when pressed, tells you the time/day/date. I highly recommend this awesome little device for any person who is stuck taking multiple meds a day. You can even turn off the alarms and just use it as a regular clock. Or set the alarms for wakeup time and/or other reminders. Perfect gift for adults of any age!
