the shipping speed, packing care, and fish themselves all exceeded my expectations. very prompt shipping time and my ranchu came packed with care and with styrofoam plus temperature regulating pack. shipping lives is inherently risky in ways that are beyond both the buyer and seller's control, and this vendor has done everythibg they reasonably can to keep the fish safe and comfortable during their journey and mitigate risk and mishandling trauma. I had some trepidation after reading some prior reviews but my experience with this purchase is that the seller does a professional and careful job, and that the fish themselves are healthy and beautiful - and large!

Ranchus arrived on time as promised and delivered on my porch with care. The fish appeared in good shape and very active. No signs of ich which I was anticipating. They are currently in quarantine and eating well. I am very happy with the selection and the company. I will order from them in the future. I hope they offer a five count ranchu mix soon.

I bought 5 ranchu. 4 died in the first day after acclimating them to my pond. the last one died 3 days later. Basically, a hundred dollars wasted. I have other fancy goldfish in my pond that are thriving so I know my water is ok. It's the fish that is weak.
