Not that good. Specifically the anti skid back. It's not at all gel foam back. It's like cheap card board. Don't go for it if you really want a good anti skid one.

Average quality and finish
It's an average quality runner. I like the design and colours, but the thickness and finish of the product is inferior. You can see the irregular cuts not only at the two ends along the length, but also on the sides of the runner. Am retaining the product received, but will not order more.
