I tell you, when you see these things in the package, they just look small. But, I removed the shank from my Viking Emerald 116 and compared the two, and it is exactly the same product. I purchased this item to have a spare, because I am really changing presser feet a lot lately, as well as using the quilting guide, putting a lot of wear and tear on the original shank. I now feel confident I won't lose time in case I finally do break the original plastic shank one of these days. Thanks for yet another great product, Dreamstitch.

I was worried when I ordered this, that it wasn't the Viking brand. When it arrived it was the exact same size as the piece that came on my viking. The one that came on my machine suddenly was hard to slip the foot into. This was amazing.
