Steel U Pins 150mm x 50mm x 150mm x 6mm Turf Mesh BOX 50

Bought these to secure weed membrane over the top of Type 1 hard core. The Type 1 had a 100% success rate at defeating the standard wire pegs, but these were a different animal completely (see pic for how substantial they are ... like they are made of rebar or something!). We used 41 of the box of 50, and had 3 that bent out of shape and 38 that drove straight in. These are definitely what you need if you are trying to force pegs into hard core. Superb seller as well - the delivery was 24 hours, despite being listed as 3 days. A+++ all round. Also available in a box of 100 btw.

The product is 50mm wide but is the external dimension not the gap between the pins..Will make use of the pins but unable to use them for the purpose I wanted to do
