You take your hair and you sandwiched between two strip of hair extensions. Please Note: Tape Hair Extensions have been previously treated and chemically processed. It is not recommended to lighten or lift color from this hair. If you must color the hair extensions, we recommend purchasing a lighter color and using semi permanent color to deposit only. How to Care Brushing is the single most important step when it comes to caring for your hair extensions. Be gentle while brushing and be sure to brush before and after showering. When you wash your hair extensions, don't get crazy, use good color saving products, don't apply conditioner to your scalp, (bonds will break) and be sure to wash no more than twice per week or else the hair may dry out. You can repurchase new seamless tape to reapply and add onto the hair extensions.
