Junk Synthetic Vitamin A!!
This brand delivers bulk of Vitamin A as Synthetic retinal palmitate and very little from cod liver oil. The synthetic form is non bioidentical and non bioavbl therefire useless. The pure form is 100% cod liver oil which is missing in this product. Waste of money!!

Natures Way Vitamin A 10000 Iu ...
10,000IU of Vit A is a perfect dose for me. Vit A helps the immune system/thyroid/eyes/mucous membranes/kidneys/gut lining and blood brain barrier in me. Vit A at this dose is great help along which Zn which helps gets it out of the liver where it is stored. Vit A/Vit D/Vit E/Vit K are fat soluble...need fat to absorb them. This vitamin is great help!
