I’ve used others. This is the best.
I use this on axe and hammer handles, shovel handles, knife handles, outdoor furniture. I’ve used other brands with disappointment. This is the real deal. More expensive and worth it.

I like it.
Really thick. Kinda like honey. Didn't really care for the smell but it went away within 48 hours and the floors look really good. And they don't creek as much

Double Boiled Linseed Oil by PLAZA
strong but pleasant smell of natural oil when drying. at a temperature of 15-20C dries about 10 days. gives contrast to the wood pattern. I think that the price is a bit high, it’s still not Danish oil, but the quality suits me perfectly.

Great oil.
Goes on well, looks good, holds well. It does have a strong order, so be sure to use in a well ventilated area.

Petroleum-like smell, Very different from other double-boiled linseed oil brand
I bought this stuff coming from the perspective of wanting to stay away from the poisonous and dangerous BLO they sell at the Big Box stores, and in the past I have actually polymerized my own linseed oil, both by boiling it over a heat source, as well as the lower heat version of exposing it to sunlight in thin layers. Both method’s smelled a certain similar way, which was not great, but definitely not offensive to me either. Now my instincts were warning me through my whole experience with this Plaza DBLO. First of all are their claims that it’s all natural and can even be used on food-prep surfaces, yet they have a paragraph-long legal disclaimer freeing them from any liability should what they say be untrue. Next is a customer’s earlier question about the addition of dryers in the formula, to which another customer said that the label at the time listed dryers as ingredients, to which the manufacturer answered back by saying that those labels were printed incorrectly and that dryers are no longer listed on the current labels. Next were the numerous reviews customers left saying that this stuff smells really terrible, but I took that with a grain of salt, deciding that everyone has a different sense of smell, and like I said the stuff I made myself didn’t great to me, so in the end I decided to order some and see for myself. Now as soon as my order arrived and I opened the bottle I knew something was off. This stuff smells anything BUT all natural. It didn’t just smell bad, it smelled like petroleum product to me and it actually burned my nostrils to inhale. I returned it right away and ordered the only other double-boiled linseed oil that came up in a search engine, the name brand is “Circa 1850 Double boiled linseed oil” and is manufactured in Canada. So fast forward to today and my Circa 1850 DBLO arrived and it smells just like it should, just like the polymerized linseed oil I had made myself in the past. And that’s when I decided to leave a review on here warning people to think about what you’re doing and trust your intuition when it comes to things like exposing your skin or food prep surfaces to things that smell toxic to you rather than just trusting the word of whatever particular manufacturer. I am just sharing my experience with the product, I have no idea what’s actually in it, but based on my past experience with making my own boiled linseed oil, the terrible smell of this Plaza stuff, and the proper smell of a different manufacturer’s DBLO I am personally staying far away from this Plaza stuff in the future.

the smell is horrible
I dont know if my bottle of oil has gone rancid or not but the smell caused me to stop using it and pour it outthe smell can not be washed off your hands easilyI thought I was buying real "homemade" boiled linseed oil with no other chemicals different from what I can buy at Lowes.there is no marking on the bottle identifying what is in this bottle. It is made in India so I am not sure what is in it?

This NOT pure oil
*BUYER BEWARE*This product has the most obnoxious odour and is NOTHING like any linseed oil I have ever used.I am a prime customer and order many things from Amazon but seldom feel compelled to leave a review. However, this product is so awful I feel obliged to warn others.I have used linseed oil for years and I bought this because it said it is double boiled and has no chemicals in it. Wrong. The smell is nauseating, it is NOT the smell of linseed. God only knows what chemical they have put in it, or if it is even linseed oil at all but, trust me, you do not want to be buying this product if you are at all familiar with genuine linseed oil.Amazon, you need to instruct the supplier to change their description.

Bien

Rinvigorisce a meraviglia mobili vecchi e riportati a vergine
