LindsayNaturals Medium 6 oz, Green Ripe Pitted Olives, 72 Ounce, (Pack of 12)

So I bought these thinking they taste like green olives in a jar. They are good, but they taste more like black olives in a can. Not bad, but not what I was expecting. I give 4 stars because some of the olives have some blemishes on them. They certainly taste good, but if you are using them where they are visible for a presentation, maybe keep looking. Overall, I'm very happy with them, but know the details before buying.

I absolutely love these olives. I didn't even know there was such a thing as ripe green olives. The taste is Wonderful without the strong vinagery taste of regular green olives. Great just to eat, but Also good in macaroni salad especially. A little more expensive, but well worth the money.

I've LOVED green ripe olives since I was a child. Now that Lindsay and Green Pearl both have all natural versions (just olives, water, and sea salt) available, whichever ones I find for the better price are the ones I buy. When no local stores have the olives on sale, I buy them through Amazon--and get free shipping with Prime. About 1/3 of the cans were dented this time, so perhaps Amazon needs to improve their packaging. But the olives were still great.

We have been eating these for several years and love them. They taste like no other olive, green but ripe without the bite of a green olive, but more flavor than a ripe black olive. An open can rarely lasts two days with only two of us.

These are delicious! My daughter loves olives (I mean who doesn’t love food you can put on your fingers) but she REALLY loved these! We’d never tried green olives but we may never go back to black olives now. These are truly smooth and buttery and there’s no aftertaste like black olives often have, so yummy! Put a bowl of these out at your next gathering and they’ll be gone before you get to try one. I’ll definitely be ordering more of these! Plus none of the cans were dented and they arrived in great shape!

just basic eating olives... similar to black olives in flavor, but with a milder, buttery taste. I eat 'em chilled, or sometimes slice them up in salad. black olives stand up a little better in things like tomato sauces, but these green olives are a nice contrast when you just want a little snack.

These olives are a smooth, buttery flavor, and a green color. The taste is similar to the traditional black olive. Interestingly, our son who has corn allergies (he's getting better!) can eat these olives, which means they probably aren't contaminated with corn oil, citric acid, or any other "plant-based" (i.e.: corn-based) food additives.
