Sedroc Boxing Gel Fist Guards Slip on Knuckle Shields

Love 'em. I thought I'd just build "stronger" knuckles by boxing the heavy bag with my naked fist. Nope. This will just lead to damaged knuckles. These fit great, save my knuckles unnecessary damage, and are super easy to carry around in my pockets afterwards due to their small size. 5 stars.

These are worth every penny. I bought a second pair for back up and I'm getting one more. I wear them with boxing gloves. If you work the bag long and hard daily they really help your hands endurance. Update: Still on my first pair over three months later but I see they added a bar so naturally I want to try it. Amazon is out of stock so I just ordered it straight from the company. Put them on...put your gloves on and your done. Way quicker than wrapping my hands before the gloves.

This is my second pair, my first pair - I lost one but kept the other just in case I lose another. They're very comfy without feeling bulky or stiffness that comes with the typical full gloved boxing gloves that I absolutely hate. If you have more experience in boxing then this is for you but if you are inexperienced use the full boxing gloves as they give you more protection.

I use these for boxing. They offer more protection than nothing at all, but could use better protection of the pinky finger.

I do a regular boxing class twice a week with heavy bags and was constantly having sore knuckles even with really good wraps. I bought these about a month ago and have loved them. I no longer wrap my wrists and knuckles (I don’t have any issues with my wrists or form) and have no longer any issues with my knuckles. Theses fit just fine inside of my boxing gloves. My only issues is what I am showing in that one picture...there seems to be some felt inside of them and is wearing out very fast. It happens to be on the top part of your hand so may not be a factor but I do wish there was no material in these that was susceptible to sweat, wear and tear. Without that I would have given these a 5 star rating. And for the knuckle protection they may still be very well worth it.

The best wraps I have used for my knuckes. Quick and easy to put on, and works like a charm.

I use them for yoga as my wrists are shot so I do Adho Mukha Śvānāsana (downward-facing dog pose), Chaturanga Dandasana, etc on my fists/knuckles-not easy. These guards help a bit with bruising and discomfort. I am petite sized (barely 5 ft) so they're big on me (one size fits all) but do the job. Note: I ordered two sets, one pair is kept in the house, the other in my yoga mat tote, but even though they're one size fits all---one pair is slightly smaller, so better for me!

Enjoying them in CKO classes for a couple of weeks now. They ripped a little because of the extensive use, but are still very good otherwise. After 2 weeks of use I washed them.
