Sun protection
I do photography as a side hobby, i'm just beginning and this was perfect for some outside shots i did for my boyfriend's sister. I was able to keep the focus without the glare of the sun interrupting the pictures :)

It is functional, but easy to mess up if not careful
There is only one minor flaw. When threading onto any of my lenses or filters, it can screw on far enough so any rotational adjustment becomes impossible unless the user backs it off half a revolution. Once this is known, it works as intended.

Fits perfectly on my camera!
It fit just right on my Canon Rebel EOS T6 camera! It also does not show up in any of my photos so that’s a bonus! Great quality especially for the price!

Does Not fit all 58mm lenses
Weirdly, this fits the 18-55mm, 58mm diameter kit lens that came with my wife's Rebel T7i, but it does not fit the threading on the 18-55mm, 58mm diameter kit lens that came with the T3i that I'm using.

works as designed
Works as intended. I am a beginner in taking pictures. I thought it was going to fit a different lens. But that was my fault. But it fits 2 of my other lens, so I am going to keep it. It threaded on nicely. Seems to be made of nice plastic.
