Very good quality and product is always fresh!

After searching far & wide and not finding this ingredient, I thought to check Amazon. I bought this to make Brazilian Cheese bread which was excellent! I will order more to have on my shelf available and ready for whenever I want to make more. :-)

Tapioca is a major component of gluten free baking, and as such is used by me to make Barbari and Focaccia as well as making my own gluten free all purpose flour. Good quality, taste and consistency. I will buy again as long as the pricing does not change too drastically.

Great product for making vegan cheese

This comes in a plastic-lined pouch with a zip lock to keep it fresh once it's opened. I also really appreciated that the bottom of the bag is gusseted and it will stand up well, making it easier to extract the product from it. The product is also pretty fresh - the expiration date is over a year and a half out. I also thought the price was good, particularly for an organic product.

This is the best deal I've found for tapioca starch, if you need it showed to your house. Cheaper than Walmart and Kroger, by way of shipping, for those of you who's jobs still require you to be free of contact with thr public (or just don't want to drive to the store!) It's still cheaper to shop in person at HMart or Nam Dae Mun, if you have one nearby. Saves the sanity of driving through near-Atlanta traffic yo have this shipped and just pay the extra. Worth it.

This product worked very well for the apple pie filling that I canned this year. The filling tasted very good and was just the right amount of thickness for the pie I made with it. The tapioca added no flavor to the filling it just thickened the filling which is what I was looming for.

Love this light and airy flour.
