Love these knives with the edge keeper. This is the 3rd in the range I've bought. Had the other 2 for years and still my most favourite knives. Nothing worse than a blunt knife! Definitely recommend

Decent knife for the price

If you want decent kitchen knives that deliver superior cutting quality you can't go past Sabatier. This knife slices easily through onions, tomatoes and anything else you put under it. Always clean it separately and never put it in the dishwasher. The self sharpening mechanism works brilliantly to always keep my knife sharp.
