Gianni Calogiuri Fig Vincotto Vinegar, 8.5-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 3)

This "dessert" product is so good, I have to send multiple bottles to my offspring, at college, to keep them happy. This is soo good on salads, canned fish, fried foods, and ice cream. There are other flavors (lemon, raspberry) but the fig is the most unique. Makes the absolute best salad dressing when used with a good olive oil.

Mamma Mia! This is exquisite. It's my not-so-secret-anymore ingredient that I use on my fantastic steaks, in my marvelous salad dressings, on my sumptuous desserts....you get the idea?

Very expensive but well worth the money. You can mix it with goat cheese. It is sweet but not too sweet.

My wife and I enjoy dipping bread in olive oil and vinegar while we drink our wine. This is by far our favorite vinegar. We enjoy it so much, we used to drive about 30 miles to the closest place to us where they carry it. It's been great to be able to order it online.

Had a hard time finding this in my area once I discovered it. It is fabulous for salads, sauces and yes- even over vanilla ice cream!
