Works like original, wish I could have found one that had the defrost option.

Part arrived on time and in good condition. I especially liked the baggie it came in.

I have never changed out a mirror before, but I followed a youtube video and it went great. Actually, I did do the one thing I did not want to do - I accidentally dropped the socket into the doorframe. I peeled back the door liner and tried to find the socket but couldn't. I finally removed my side speaker to look in the door more and lo and behold the socket had stuck itself to the big magnet on the back of the speaker haha. Other than that, no problem. The mirror looks and works as good as the original.

I had decided to just live with my broken passenger mirror as the dealer wanted a small fortune to replace it. Then I saw this one for under $50. I knew the door panel could be difficult but I ordered the mirror and was surprised to find out it wasn't near as difficult as I thought to replace. I was done in just over a hour. It sure looks a lot better than the broken one, and safer too as I can now see that blind spot.

This mirror is a great replacement mirror. You can't even tell that it's not the original mirror that came on the Explorer. It's a little difficult to install. I had to take my Explorer to the dealership and have them help with installation because the screws and things are hidden and I didn't want to risk needing to replace any other parts of the car. But it's a great product for the price.

Installation was easy can not tell it from the one that came on the SUV. Price was very reasonable.

Fit my 2002 Ford Exporer like a glove.
