Perfect peel with the perfect length handle
I was able to purchase this when it was on sale, I love the long handle so my finger hair doesn’t get singed when I get too close to the oven. I also use this as a turning peel since the other turning peel I had has a handle that is too short. A fairly sturdy peel, I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

I didn't want one with a short 12" handle
I'm very happy with this peel. When it arrived I thought if might be too big for my Green Mountain Grills Daniel Boone pizza oven but it turned out to be perfect. Any smaller and it would limit the size of pizza you can put in there. I did have to deburr the edges with some fine sandpaper but that was no biggie. The 54" handle might be a bit too long but I can always cut it down.

Appears to be well solid and made - I will try it out in my outdoor wood burning oven when the weather dries out
