basd Seductive Sandalwood Body Wash

The sandalwood has a strange under-smell. Maybe from the green tea? Maybe my bottle is turned? Not sure but it’s a very strong sandalwood aroma that is more reminiscent of hippies than of anything seductive. I’d like to return this product. I used to wash my hands to try it out and the smell is so strong and lingersssss. Not ideal when the frangrance itself is not pleasant to me.

I am not one to write reviews, but I am really impressed with this body wash. My brother referred it to me because I was looking for a clean formula and I was worried I may have to sacrifice a bit of that clean feeling...boy was I wrong. The scent is refreshing (got Sandalwood) but not overpowering...I think it adds a nice balance on days I am not wearing any cologne. The soap itself feels luxurious and refined-- don't think thick and goopy, but a nice lathering build. I already restocked on another bottle and I am waiting for the coffee scrub.

Love the scent and performance of the body wash. Don't love the product leaking all over the shipping box. The pump swivels to lock/unlock and is not secured, plus the pump was loose, causing spillage. Perhaps securing the pump with tape prior to shipping or eliminating the pump altogether would eliminate the issue. That being said, I'd purchase again.

I like the smell, but I honestly found this product to cause my skin to dry out and look older rather than a healthy moisturized look. It's most likely just my skin type, which is overall oily, but perhaps something about the scented ingredient interfered with my body's homeostasis. No clue.Regardless, it's a good product at a fantastic price, but it isn't for me.

The smell is just too strong for me. The consistancy isnt that great either. I had to use MANY pumps per shower to fully wash my whole body and im a small person. Another thing was the fact that when this product came in the mail there was no sort of plastic wrapping on it or safety seal.

You'd never know this product was sans chemicals - it's freaking amazing. It lathers well, it's moisturizing, and a little goes a looooong way. The prices is excellent for the value. My one and only issue is that the smell was overly strong to the point that I wanted to stop using it about halfway through. But hey, that's just me and my sensitive nose.

I got the scent in sandalwood because I love the smell of sandalwood but this was very masculine smelling. It smelled like men's cologne. A little too intense for me and probably won't purchase in this scent again. I did like the way it lathered though that was nice and felt very moisturizing in a way that I haven't experienced before. If it weren't for the smell I'd probably give it a higher rating. I'm sure a man or someone who likes masculine smells would like it.

I’ve loved everything I’ve tried from basd so far and this is no different. Pricey but totally worth every drop and a little goes a long way. Their customer service is, should you ever need it, also top notch!

The first thing is the instructions on the bottle - so funny. Lathers wonderfully - just needs a few pumps to clean your entire body. The soft scent is very nice. Liked the feel of it for the whole bottle - lots of product starts out smelling and working great, but half way thru you wish you were out - not so with this basd product - wonderful the whole bottle thru.Plus it only has good stuff in it - no bad chemicals. Bonus. I am on my 4th bottle and still loving it.

I love this body wash. I understand that is not for everyone, it’s more an exotic, unisex woody smell, with some undertones of moss and black tea. The fragrance is moderately strong, but it washes off pretty fast leaving just a right amount of scent on skin. The quality of the product is excellent and this size bottle lasts for a long time. I didn’t have any problems with a pump as other reviewers mentioned, I used three bottles so far and going to buy more for sure

I don’t want to be too harsh on the product, as it checked pretty much every other box. At least as advertised. Except, scent. Ugh, the scent is terrible, that’s no sandlewood I know. But I didn’t get to try the product, couldn’t get past the scent. Which is bad enough for me to pass. Too bad.

Love the brand. Tried this scent as a change ... it’s definitely more perfumy than their others and this one is more of a stereotypical “man” smell. It’s all sandalwood with no secondary aromatic notes. Just prepare for a strong, specific smell

Packaging is nice, comes as described. I read other reviews about the strong fragrance but decided to take a chance anyway - do not recommend. I'll finish it because I already opened it and used it once, but will not purchase again. Fragrance is so strong that I almost couldn't breathe when I used it, it isn't pleasant.
