Scratched Cheap Plastic
The plastic is very cheap and has scratches and paint peeling off in areas. For $25 expected a better quality comb.

Not worth the price.
Honestly it looks like it was make of cheap plastic. It's obviously made from a mold, but the quality was 4 out 10. It had many jagged edges. They really didn't check to fix all edges it even had a big scrabes on one side, maybe from trying to fix the poor quality of the mold or the plastic probably a mix of both.
