| Warranty Description | AOG provides a lifetime warranty for stainless steel burners, and all other grill components are warrantied for ten (10) years. The ignition system (excluding batteries), and accessories (including side burners, motors, and thermometers) are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase. The vaporizer panels are warrantied for three (3) years from date of purchase. When used in a multi-user setting (apartment complexes, multi-family dwelling complexes, schools, hotels, fire stations, police stations, etc.), AOG warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years on the stainless steel grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, inner lines and manifold assemblies. All other components (except batteries) are warrantied for ninety (90) days. The multi-user warranty excludes restaurants and settings where the grill usage is primarily commercial. Worst Built In Grill!
I rarely write a review but in this case it is necessary to bring awareness to anyone even considering this grill. I have owned this grill for almost 4 years 8/22/12.In that time the following has been replaced:2 gratesAll flavorizer bars have been replaced every year (due to rust and holes)All burners have been replaced (due to rust and holes)Igniter was replaced last weekThe rotisserie, rods etc were rusted and I never used it.This grill is a disgrace for costing $2176.00 and not holding up what so ever. My $600 weber did a better job and didn't have any repairs.

AOG grills does not honor their life time warranty on their burners.
AOG has an average quality grill. My main reason for purchasing this grill, was its life time warranty on the burner tubes. After 5 years the burners burnt through, it is like a propane Bunsen burner. I contacted AOG grills for warranty replacement. They told me they required photos of the defective parts, serial numbers model and proof of purchase (witch after 5 years was not the easiest to find). After all the information requirements were supplied, they told me the burners were still usable and they would not be warrantied.
