This flour is my gluten free sourdough staple.
I started making my own gluten free sourdough starter a few months ago. The starter seems to like this flour real well. We now have GF sourdough bread and pancakes, using this flour, all the time.

It should be noted that is it packed in a facility that produces not only wheat but also nuts. Our daughter has anaphylactic touch allergies to peanuts and anaphylactic to other nuts. I am anaphylactic to almonds and both of our sons are allergic to all nuts. When I called the company, the woman was very helpful telling me which type of nuts. I had no idea at that time that I could not return this product. I will be calling back.The product did come nicely packaged and undamaged. It was also delivered on time. I just wish we could use it!
