Faulty product
I want to replace the product. It's faulty. It's showing different weight for the same person after every 5 minutes or so. What should I do. The return window is closed just after 10 days. Today is 15th day. Please help.

Poor calibration.
I ordered this product based on my previous experience with Venus. But this time I find the reading couldn’t stabilise. Platform is small and has not suited me as my height is around six with average weight. Display is small.

Not worth it.
1. Slips on the tile surface.2. The one I received, the units cannot be changed.2. Display is too small.

Worst product ans waste of money
It's a wrost things I wasted my money on this..... 1st I received the damaged scale again I kept for replacement.... I got another it's worked fine for 10 days maximum after that display is gone again I tried reaching the retailer and it's a completely waste of time and money
