Good Product for your wrists and forearms
Good product but it does hurt at times if not placed correctly. Also the tension is non adjustable, so if you get used to it pretty soon, you might find it’s not that hard and may have to focus more on reps instead.

Do not buy.
The product was delivered before time. The packing was great and the spring quality was good. So there is no complaint with the seller or delivery.However, having said that, I can not give it more than 2 stars because the mechanism on which it operates is flawed. When you work your forearms, the tension on the forearms causes forearm muscle to expand but this product is designed in a way that it exerts pressure on the forearm muscle forcing it to contract. This, in long run may cause stiffness in your muscle leading to injury.
