I developed plantar fasciitis quite suddenly. (Unprofessionally diagnosed, as I had it before many years ago and I assume it's come back from walking on hard surfaces, and having tight calf muscles, just like last time.) Stretching definitely has helped, but in combination with this amazing machine, my feet have been feeling so much better! I have owned a couple of massage chairs I bought when this company was called iJoy and they have been top notch. (I still use the massage chair I bought about 10 years ago!) I would say that they are a quality and trusted brand, so when I was looking for something to help with my feet, I saw this and figured it was my best bet. When you put your feet/lower legs into this machine it gently squeezes them in what feels like an alternating figure eight pattern. It's wonderful! Depending on which auto mode you do, it will tighten around your feet and gradually bring the massage bits up and press into the bottoms of your feet. This helps me a lot. I suggest, (just as I read in another review here) that you adjust your feet forward or back depending on where you want them to hit on the bottoms of your feet. I honestly can't see anyone regretting purchasing this unit. My whole family loves it. It's a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee in the morning before heading out to work and a luxurious relaxation after a long day on your feet.

I bought this for my mom as a Christmas present last year. She has really bad plantar fasciitis and used it every day, all day, and it lasted for ALMOST an entire year. The right bag that massages the calf either broke or moved, and it kind of hurts her now. I have used this personally a few times and the pressure, massage, and heat is AMAZING. The buttons are simple to use and easy to understand. Yea this item is a little bulky but it’s worth the massage, trust me. Overall this massager functions well, and is amazing. I just wish it lasted a little longer!! I will be re-purchasing!!!

Love using this machine everyday since it got delivered to my front doors! I use it to help relieve the pain & soreness on my feet & calves after a hard day of working 10-12 hr shifts everyday. This machine is a life saver for me & it will be for anyone who has soreness, numbness, or pain after so many hours of standing or walking around or being at work on your feet all day! Love the machine’s ability to work out the kinks & soreness in both my feet & the calves at the same time! It is a miracle invention for my feet & calves! Would have given it 5 stars, but I deducted 1 star due to the fact that the machine can only be used for 15 minutes maximum at a time. You will have to keep pressing the button to get more time on your massage if you need it. I still love this machine and it was worth the $190 that I paid. It is absolutely worth every penny that I paid over & over from my daily use. This is a very well built, high end, beautiful construction, and the look is very modern & sleek (black color). The quality of this machine is amazing! It is not one of those cheap imitation machines that cost $50, $70, or $100. Get this machine. I am an actual customer who bought this machine for myself. I was not sponsored by anyone & no one gave me this machine for free. I would love another machine for free if the manufacturer wants to donate one to me & I will gift it to my sister! Seriously, I would pay for another one to give to a family member as a Christmas gift or birthday gift. It is truly a gift that keeps on giving! I treated myself to this machine as a gift to myself & I can’t live without using it! The best purchase on Amazon by far for me! Love love love this work horse of a machine/massager. I can use it whenever I need it! I use this machine while watching TV, reading a book, napping while sitting up, or eating my meals while using it at the same time! I’m 6 ft, athletic build -size 11.5 foot- and typically very particular about product features and want the most out of products. I went with Human touch because of their longevity in the industry. What I find intriguing about this massager is its simplicity and the way it mimics the hands of an actual masseuse. A good foot massager (in real life) provides both targeted pressure in a specific place and also will switch to creating multiple sensations at once, such as squeezing the foot while also rubbing a specific area. To my knowledge, this massager is the only one that doesn’t use airbags to massage the lower calf and sides of the feet, rather, it uses a complex blade/roller system that creates a “wave” like sensation that works in unison across the foot, under the foot, and the lower calf. Each setting is unique—and I find that it’s like going to the pedicure place and getting a different person each time, each with their own “signature” way. I like this novelty. I wish that the calf massage went about 2 inches higher to hit the meaty part of my calf, but that’s ok. Where the massager does focus on my lower calf is the right area above the Achilles’ tendon and it hits it just right. Here’s the proof of the pudding to me: after a couple of rounds in this massager, I walk with an appreciation of the “before and after”—its tangible. As well: I find that I lament when the massage is over. I want to do another. And another. Last, I’ve fallen asleep to the massage. Great product so far.

I bought this for my Brother and Sister’s on their birthdays and they love it so much! I had this kind of massager as well that I’ve got also in Amazon from my wellness at work and I would like to share the relaxing experienced that I had in this massager to my family. This product is best for those people who are standing at work for so long or even to those people who experiencing pain on their heels , legs, and feet as well this is an amazing product ever! It’s quiet expensive but it’s worth it!!!

I have a few issues with my feet with 30 plus years nursing and ended up on disability due to it. I have artistes in both outer ankles and plantar fasciitis in both feet all this has made walking a huge problem. Before using this machine the most I could walk was 2000 steps a day. Now a normal day is 5000 and some days even 10000 steps its a game changer and my pain levels have gone way down with the plantar fasciitis . For me this machine keeps me walking longer and pain free. For the arthritis in my ankles going gluten free helped lower the pain as gluten foods increase inflammation in the body.
