Q: Can this belt be used with inversion table?

I understand your question because there are new types of inversion tables using a y type belt to take the pressure off your ankles. I am wondering the same. Could it somehow be used to attach to the foot part of the inversion table?

Q: Can you set this at the middle hinge on the door for a slight "lift" as it stretches?

I'm not sure why you would think a slight lift would be to your advantage unless you want the main concentration of the traction force to move into the higher lumbar and lower thoracic vertebral jts. By far most people suffer the lower lumbar region. Also, I dont think you can attach to the actual hinge hardware. I think you could slip the strap end through the door gap above the hinge and then see if you can close the door to prevent it slipping out .

Q: Hi, can this be used on a rough concrete surface as it may provide the same non slip capabilities of an installed carpeted floor?

One would need to use a throw carpet with the white non slip rubber backing. The carpet I use is 3 by 2 feet and I lay it on my tile or hard wood floor.
