Very good GF pasta
So much GF food is really poor when it comes to taste and texture but I have to say this pasta is wonderful. I can’t say you barely notice the difference between this and pasta made with wheat but it’s certainly a lot better than other makes out there.

Ottimo venditore, idem la pasta!
Sono al mio secondo ordine di fusilli Rummo senza glutine. Entrambi li ho effettuati presso il medesimo venditore ed in entrambi i casi, la consegna è stata veloce. Pertanto ordinero' ancora presso loro. Per quanto riguarda la pasta, devo dire che è veramente buona! Per nulla gommosa. La differenza con la pasta "normale" è davvero minima, quasi nulla!

Ottima consistenza, ma richiede qualche minuto in più di cottura
Ho provato i Rummo Fusilli N°48 senza glutine e nel complesso li trovo una buona alternativa alla pasta tradizionale. La pasta mantiene bene la forma e trattiene il sugo, senza spezzarsi facilmente durante la cottura. Il sapore è piacevole e anche chi non segue una dieta senza glutine l’ha apprezzata. Piccolo difetto: tende a rimanere molto al dente anche oltre il tempo indicato sulla confezione. Spesso serve qualche minuto in più di cottura per ottenere la consistenza desiderata, altrimenti risulta un po’ troppo consistente. Nel complesso è una pasta senza glutine valida, ma consiglio di regolare il tempo di cottura in base ai propri gusti.

Questa pasta senza glutine è di ottima qualità prezzo mi sento molto soddisfatto e la consiglio per i celiaci e per gli intolleranti al glutine. Non ho mai avuto problemi. Promossa e mangiata 😂😂😂
