VESSEL impact driver No.240001

This impact driver is very strong and works great! I also like the protective handle so I cant hurt my hand if I miss!

The handle is nice and comfortable fit in the hand the bits all seem to be of high quality as the screwdriver itself is. I have a few other vessel screwdrivers and I'm sure this one will not disappoint as the other one certainly have not either. It's about the same price as American braid manufacturers but they go the extra mile in Japan. Kind of like knipex does in Germany for pliers.

Good price for a quality tool but I haven’t used it yet.

Used it to remove brake disks from hyundai. it feels very high quality in the hands and works great.

I bought this largely because of the rating, only 3, 4. and 5 stars. It is definitely well deserved. Someone else called this a "beast" and they are right. Really solid. First, it is very smooth. Obviously, the internal features are very well machined and smoothly finished. This tool is so smooth you can make the bit turn simply by pushing down on it. I can't feel any roughness on the internal slots. Zero friction. Second, the construction is very solid. All tools like this use a friction ring at the nose to hold the assembly together. Usually, this is nothing more than a ring that you pry off with a screwdriver. VESSEL actually uses a snap ring for their design which sits in a machined groove. Absolutely bullet proof and first class. The pliers are cheap, maybe $15, and easy to get. This thing will definitely last a lifetime. Haven't seen anything made like this in a long time. If Snap-On made a manual impact driver, this would be it. Beautiful.

I like the thick rubberized handle for comfort!!

U can also buy the Milwaukee shockwave impact adapter 48-03-4410 so u can use 1/4 inch bits for torx and hex or regular Philips bit because this impact uses 5/16 bits

I initially bought the Vessel screwdriver #3, which is considerable cheaper than this 240001. I made a decision to buy this instead of the cheaper 250001 for the 1/2" and more JIS bits.I was able to remove two rotor screws from my 07 Acura MDX using the Vessel screwdriver and a 3lbs hammer. I did put some WD40 before any attempt. On another wheel, no matter how hard I hit on the screwdriver, it never turn the screw and it got a tendency to turn clockwise. Not be mistaken that the Vessel screwdriver is very high quality and won't damage the screws. So, no need to buy another set of rotor screws. This Vessel 240001 impact driver got a sleeve and it is 1/2" drive, and it is significantly better quality than my other Lisle 3/8" impact driver. Moreover, there is clear marking to turn L or R, by pushing and turning the bit holder. It makes the task so much easy.I was able to remove all other rotors screw using this and a regular hammer (not the 3lb). The Vessel screwdriver I need to twist anti-clockwise. This tool, no need. Set it to L and it rotate for you after a few bangs. I do recommend to put WD40 and sit sometimes but it is not necessary. I turned the previous failed rotor screws with two bangs, but it was soaked with WD40 for days. The downside is I wish it comes with a hard case just like the other cheap impact drivers in the market.

最初は○ス○ロの工具を使用しディスクローターの皿ネジを緩めようとしたところ、元々舐め気味だった影響もあり、ほぼ工具が噛まないほど舐めてしまい、ベルトサンダーなどでやるしかないか、と諦めかけたのですが、評判の良いこちらの商品を購入し、使用したら一発で緩みました。すごく助かりました。

ラスペネ(浸透潤滑剤)を吹きかけ一晩おいてドライバーで挑戦しましたが、まったくダメで諦めかけていました。この商品とねじ滑り止め液の合わせ技ですんなり取れました。感動です！インパクトをぐっとネジに押し当てて(遊びがない状態にして)ハンマーで叩くのがポイントです。

8mm六角軸&1/2ソケット対応のインパクトソケット、とてもずっしりしてますがラバーハンドルの形状が良いのでかなり強く叩いて緩める事が出来ます、デメリットはハンマーが小さいものだと作動し辛いので小ビスや対象物本体がひ弱な物には向きません、ボルトサイズM8以上向きですね、

今までのが壊れたので購入をしました。グリップがゴムでできているので握りやすくショックも少なく使いやすいです。

安いインパクトを購入してすぐ壊れてしまったので長く使いたくて奮発しました。グリップが太くテンションをかけ安いので固いねじ、ボルトでも2〜3回のアタックで外せました。ただ錆びたネジに対しては折れるリスクを考えるとCRCなどの潤滑剤をかけて1日くらい置き余裕をもってチャレンジしたほうがいかもしれないです。
