I have received a product in good packaging and it comes with tds meter to check water quality and comes with filter as we doesn’t want to buy seperatly. Works in good condition. Easy to install as it comes with all the external parts. Quality is good.

It's been more than a month,the product is working good and satisfied. The Technical came the next day of product delivery.

The water purifier does an amazing job and it would be the best if you are looking for a UV purifier. The water quality is good. The water flow is slow, but that speed is adequate for the water to get purified by the UV rays. BUT their service is really bad. I got the purifier on 26th Dec and it got installed on 4th Jan. Though the installation was scheduled for the delivery date, nobody contacted me for installation. Then I rescheduled the installation for the next day in their website and then also nobody contacted me. I again rescheduled it and the same happened. Then I contacted their customer care and they assigned somebody for the installation and provided his phone number. Unfortunately that guy didn't pick my call or used to cut the call. Finally when he picked up, he assured me to sent someone for the installation the same day or the very next day. That also didn't happen and he never picked up the call again. Then I contacted Amazon customer care and they escalated the issue as Eureka Forbes is supposed to do the installation process within 72 hours of delivery. A big thanks to Amazon customer care. Because of them only I got my water purifier installed. Later when someone contacted me from Eureka Forbes for the feedback, I told them all these and they apologized me. But as I understood, their customer care and service people are not coordinating properly. Though the customer care assigns someone for the service, no one from the service does it. I don't know how the service is in other cities. Atleast in KOCHI, they are the worst. If you are from Kochi, I suggest you to buy some other water purifier, not Aquaguard. The product is really good, but once the purifier gets damaged/ not working/ needs routine service, I don't know when someone will come and fix it. Since water purifier is an indispensable product, the service is also equally important as the product.
