Had some old lingering cough from cold/flu etc... Helped almost instantly from the first dose. Tastes like honey with some bitter herbs, not too bad. Did not help much my kid when he had a cough though so might depend on a particular situation. Amazon sells for less then WFM

Wow! This helped soothe an itchy throat. I love that this is a natural option. A nice way to get some relief while supporting the process to get well.

The taste of this syrup is a big rough for me. I love the Gaia brand but am not sure this worked for my lung discomfort when I had bronchitis. I think it’s meant to be more of a cough medicine than tonic to promote lung healing, which is what I has hoped for.
