Fun to use.
I really liked that this was easy to use. However as a first time user I would have liked to have had some directions with it. I had to look up on line how to use it.

Worked beautifully with a standard ratio and temp direction for isomalt preperation, sturdy bag with tight seal. Would be helpful to include instruction on how to use the product on the bag or as apackage insert.

Usable like sugar
I have been using this product for about 6 months. I mix 50%/50% with monkfruit sweetener to make sugar free ice cream and lollipops that are indistinguishable to real sugar products.
