Poor engineering
Terrible. Extremely poor fitment. Too high. They actually make it harder to get in. Tread plates are not even in the right spot. When you step out there's a hole where you would naturally go to step out. The rear mounting brackets on both sides are at such a different angle than the front and middle that the step is not sitting level on the vehicle. I bought these same exact steps for my truck and they were great. No issues at all. This purchase was for my 2016 jeep wrangler unlimited

Sharp looking
This running boards are well made. Very light weight. I was surprised just how easy they were to install on my 2007 C1500. The instructions talked about lowering the fuel tank but the fuel tank doesn't come into play.Super simple instructions in factory holes.Strong and sturdy. If your looking for running boards/ nerf bars get these

Had to make my own brackets but I knew that when I purchased these side steps, works great,looks great.

Great look and you will get lots of compliments.
The product is solid and great! Sturdy and looks nice. I liked the ease of installation. The instructions took me an hour to figure out those. It was hard at first to understand what the first step was because they printed it wrong on the papers.

Step bar material is too thin.
The bar tubing is so thin that it crushes when tightening the carriage bolts.Manufacturer says to tighten them to 29 to 33 foot pounds and no matter if you do it evenly and incrementally it crushes the tubing,never letting you get them tight to specs.
