Very simple, easy to follow directions to conduct an effective internal audit. Just be sure to have a copy handy of the new ISO program against which you're attempting to audit.

I found this book to be helpful in my effort to set up and plan an internal audit of my Directorate. It contains useful checklists and forms. I recommend it as a reference for performing internal audits.

The regular printed copy has the CD with printable forms and processes, the Kindle version lacks CD. A downloadable file would work, without it - 3 stars.

No complaints here. The included CD that contains checklists, sample process turtle diagrams and other forms have been a valuable training aid for new auditors.

A very good coverage of internal auditing with a lot of tools, and techniques to makes the auditing process more practical and effective. The appendices have a really excellent set of very useful diagrams, tables and important forms. Both the printed book and the e-book have the appendices included, but if you want to download and use them you must have the printed book with the CD. The book is not a full internal auditing course and does not claim to be, but it is a great addition to any auditing library. The plain language makes reading much easier while making the key points.

The content of the book is very helpful, but there is a continue reference to a CD that is not available for kindle buyers. Other authors have overcome the problem providing a link, and it works. I find amazing that a writer of quality books does not hear the complaints of the clients. And mine is not the first one pointing in the same direction.

Well written and information is relevant. It is a good tool to help prepare for performing an audit, but the downside is the missing information contained in the cd that you would get if you bought the the paper version.
