Chevrolet Performance 12558253 Wind age Tray - Oil PanLS1

This is the part number needed for my F Body 5.3 swap. Packaging was just a box with a piece of paper wrapped around it. Of course Amazon boxed the box as well. One side was fairly clean while the other side has a noticeable amount of surface rust. Will just brush it down with WD40 and hope it solves the issue. Not terrible just inconvenient for a new part. Will update this if there are any fitment issues.**UPDATE**: did not fit LM7 at all. Way too short and bolt holes do not line up.

All the reviews are saying this arrives rusty. I was prepared to clean it up but it arrived new with no rust.

Perfect fit for LS1 oil pan and pickup, it’s short at the front unlike truck versions so don’t be shocked when it only covers 3/4 of the oil pan

Very good quality but will require some work to fit ARP studs and certain after market oil pick-up tubes.

Works great with the aftermarket Holley oil pans needed to retrofit LS engines in old cars. And, a great price.

Straight out of the box covered in some sort of debree i thought i was getting a new part? Atleast thats what i paid for. Other than that hope it fits.

As shown in the pictures, the windage tray had rust all over it on both sides. So frustrating! Do not buy! I would look else where.
