Deco 79 Farmhouse Distressed White Wood Bookshelf with Pierced Metal Interior Shelves & Turned Column Frame Shelving Unit, 30" x 16" x 55" White

I was amazed that I figured out how to put it together so quickly. It was pretty easy. It looks adorable and even if there are a few scratches or whatever, it's suppose to look that way. I actually bought it to put under an outside staircase for cleaning goods but it is so cute, I may keep it in the house!I just assembled it so the picture was taken as it sits in my living room which, by the way, I just moved into.!

It’s all real wood, no particle board, fits together easily. Down side is some of the wood has cracks and the paint job is poorly finished, I expected a better finish for the price. Eventually I will fill in the cracks in the wood and repaint it. It’s currently in a guest room so I don’t see it everyday.

Loved the looks but the wood/board quality is quite poor. A bit pricey for the quality…

Directions were lacking but my son helped me put it together in under an hour:)

I looked for the perfect bookcase for months for an odd place in my half bath, and this one met the aesthetic I was looking for. Across the internet, I read many reviews on this product. They all basically said the same thing. Beautiful piece overall, but not very strong.Mine arrived with broken pieces where the manufacturer attempted to putty the broken piece but still very obvious. I put this particular piece at the top, and if this would have been used on the bottom, it would definitely have fallen apart. I would return, but I cannot imagine taking this apart and attempting to send back. Box was damaged with tape across it on arrival. Exterior box from Amazon was perfect.The metal scrolls also have to be drilled in. There are no holes pre-drilled. So I wasn't entirely sure I put them in the correct place.I would not purchase this again for the asking price. Maybe if on a great sale and if you won't be using for anything heavy. I'm nervous just having my plants on it.

My husband had to adjust and drill new holes on shelf to fit scrolls. This is like something you might pay 20$ for at a flea market or garage sale. So disappointed!!

The directions were terrible and it wasn't easy to line everything up but we managed to get it put together. I like the looks of it. It is very functional in my antique booth.

Simple to put together, if you are looking for rustic shabby chic you will love this.
